Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Something else
Description: Firefox says there's no site but loads fine in mobile Chrome. it doesn't seem to be an HTTPS thing either
Steps to Reproduce:
I go to the address https://www.wavlab.org/activities/2023/foundations/ via a link from Twitter(X) and it fails to open in mobile Firefox, instead saying that there's no such site.
I tried the bare domain (eg https://www.wavlab.org) and that's no better.
The full address opens fine when pasted in to mobile Chrome.
