URL: https://www.primevideo.com/

Browser / Version: Firefox 118.0
Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes Edge

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play
Description: The video or audio does not play
Steps to Reproduce:
When I try to play anything on primevideo.com it loads indefinetly until a generic error shows.
I tried creating a new firefox profile with no extensions loaded as well as starting Firefox in safe mode but none of this solved the problem.
While investigating on network ispector, all mp4 frames end up with "NS_ERROR_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER".
I've tried to play the same exact content on Edge and it works as expected.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Videos can not be played:

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 116.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2023-08-02) (64-bit) /Chrome Version 115.0.5790.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

Notes:

  1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  2. Not reproducible on the latest build of Release.
  3. Works as expected using Chrome:

Moving this to NeedsDiagnosis for further investigations.
