Tested Another Browser: Yes Safari

Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Browser unsupported
Steps to Reproduce:
Visiting the site on Firefox brings up the following warning message: "We are currently experiencing issues with logging in using the Firefox browser. Firefox has updated the way they handle single sign-ons. To avoid any issues, please use an alternative browser such as Google Chrome."

Attempting login using Firefox creates an infinite loop of page loading.
Attempting login on another browser (in this case, Safari) does not present these issues and login works as expected.

Instead of directing the user to another browser, the login issue should be fixed.

Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it.

Tested on:
• Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2023-08-02) / Firefox Release 116 / Chrome Version 115.0.5790.170
• Operating System: Mac OS X 10.15

Notes:

  1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
  2. Not reproducible on Chrome
