We appreciate your report. I was not able to reproduce the issue. Scrolling the page does not present any issues when scrolling with-finger-gestures is activated:

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 104.0a1 (2015892843-🦎104.0a1-20220717090304🦎)
Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density)
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)

Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?

It seems that the issue is reproducible when slow scrolling the page, on older devices:

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
3. Works as expected using Chrome, where the stutter is less visible.

I took a profile while touch-scrolling in responsive design mode: https://share.firefox.dev/3qD8NL5

It seems like their code is mostly focusing on handling the scroll events to check what's visible on the screen. It doesn't seem too bad on a modern MacBook of course, but it might very well be a lot worse on an older phone.
