Hope Update dependencies

Hope to update the versions of BigInt and secp256k1 that I depend on. The latest versions of them need to be used in our project.

secp256k should be already updated on spm branch as it was deleted from within project and relies on external package.

What about BigInt, we'd really appreciate for a PR fixing this.
