Not sure about test for text-transform: fullwidth behaviour

There's a couple of lines in some of your tests I'm not totally convinced are correct. But, it's white-space, so frankly I could be wrong (and which is why this is an issue not a PR).

text-transform-fullwidth-009.html and also text-transform-fullwidth-008.html: the element "ref" seems to expect that U+3000 is going to hang or collapse on the right. I don't think this is correct. It won't collapse in phase 1 as it's not U+0020 - and it's not going to hang because there is enough room and it's white-space: normal.
