抱歉，这是一个 rspack 还没有 release 的配置，它被错误的在 0.2.1 版本的 Rslib 中 publish 出来，我们已经发布了 0.2.2 版本修复了这个问题。

Apologies, this is a configuration that has not yet been released for rspack. It was mistakenly published in version 0.2.1 of Rslib. We have already released version 0.2.2 to fix this issue.
