Description

Review the setup plugin and apply the following changes to bring it up to date:

Rename the plugin's folder to setup (the plugin name must stay as wazuh-indexer-setup).
Change the domain of the Java packages to com.wazuh.
Upgrade Gradle and project (compare with the commands manager plugin).
