Hello, please visit our support forum to get help with the Bricktronics hardware and software: https://discuss.wayneandlayne.com/

You'll need to provide more details about your situation. What hardware are you using (Bricktronics Shield, Megashield, or Breakout Board), which type of microcontroller you are using (Arduino? Mega? Legitimate or clone?), and ideally a photograph of your wiring connections.

I was using Arduino Mega, I connected the blue and yellow wires in any digital port and the white ones in +9V

What hardware are you using (Bricktronics Shield, Megashield, or Breakout Board)?

What does your code look like? How are you configuring the code to reflect the digital pins used for the blue and yellow wires?

Have you tested this sensor with other hardware to confirm that the sensor is not broken?
