Problem Statement

At present, the deployment guide asks us to deployment.yaml, which doesn't work.
It seems hard to figure out how to deploy k8s-used-api-versions and what are the exact requirements.

Proposed Solution

A helm chart or a single rendered file that can be used to deploy this application easily.
