Warp has issues with rendering ncurses apps (htop)

Describe the bug

The htop renders partially not on the full Warp window size, it looks like on screenshots.

After a quick research, I figured out that it's because my ~/.zshrc has this line: `stty cols 300 rows 35` which doesn't match my current window dimensions.

To Reproduce

Do stty cols 300 rows 35 and run a TUI fullscreen app

Expected behaviour

Well, it should use whole Warp window space?

I have a similar problem ssh into a remote machine. Doing stty sane on the remote machine does not fix the problem.
