Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The most time consuming request when completing checkout is the fetching shipping rates step.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if we had a system setup in, i'm thinking the settings page, where a user can choose a profile, choose a site, and input a product that's in stock. It would then attempt to run a task up until the task hits the shipping rates step. At this point, it should return the results to the shipping manager and store those to be used in later ran tasks.

None yet.

Additional context
This is a pretty popular feature that some bots have that helps reduce task completion time.
