In the future, we should make sure that all our diagrams are exported as SVG from draw.io. There is also the possibility to influence the colours via CSS and make sure that we comply with accessibility requirements.

To generate the palette itself https://leonardocolor.io might be of use.

W3C recommendation is to use the accesibility checker or use a tool that has it built in when creating diagrams.
