Appy 3d transform functions to path commands #808

As instructed on stackoverflow, I'm here!

Currently only Firefox supports 3d transform functions apply to SVG shapes in general, but I'm pretty sure in the future DOMMatrix will push SVGMatrix and WebkitCSSMatrix aside for good.

So, is this possible? Perhaps not, perhaps yes. Is this achievable? (this is for you)

EDIT - on a closing note, this has been implemented here.
