[svg-native] Public test suite?

Should we make a public test suite for SVG Native?

If so, there are a couple ways we could do it:

• Write it by hand
• A subset of the WPT suite
• A modified subset of the WPT suite (as represented by a diff?)
• Something else?

I think defining the test suite as a subset of the full SVG test suite is the best approach. The goal is that a conforming SVG Native document would be rendered the same in a conforming SVG Native agent as in a conforming SVG 2 agent. So the test results should be the same, but only for reference tests and only for tests where both the test and reference file meet the SVG native restrictions.
