Linking to index.html results in 404 #83

If I link directly to the index.html file that is generated from the the README.md it responds with a 404 when it probably shouldn't, as the file exists. It does that with the index.html in the root folder and with any other index.html that is inside any other folder.

To add;

/index and index.html go to 404.

If you take any page e.g. https://vuepress.vuejs.org/guide/markdown.html and drop the .html to https://vuepress.vuejs.org/guide/markdown you get 404

Stranger, with all of the above if you mash refresh you can see it flicker the correct page sometimes just before being left with 404.

And this bug is only existed in production. Found an useful reference: HTML5 History Mode

路径结尾添加 '/'
