vue webpack - Root file

Hi,
Vue-cli is really nice, thanks for the work 👍 setting up webpack would have been a big hassle .

but now i'm trying to include some files at the root of my folder like humans.txt or any other things like this one.
is there a way to do that ? no idea where to plug in the process

ok, it seems that changing assetsSubDirectory to '' and puting the files in 'static' should do the trick.
