Steps to reproduce

affix的容器滚动，在容器外部也可滚动时存在bug,内部滚动之后外部滚动时，affix的元素会滚出内部容器

容器固定应该固定的元素在滚动容器内部实现相对定位，不应该滚出内部容器

What is actually happening?

单纯的滚动内部容器时表现正常，但是如果滚动内部容器之后，在滚动外部的容器，affix的元素任然会随着外部滚动做相对的移动，从而滚出了内部容器
