Product Quantity - Buttons (+/-) not working on desktop

Hello people! We present a problem with the 'product-summary-quantity' and 'product-quantity' components, specifically in the (+) button and (-) button, since it does not work in the desktop version but in the mobile version it does.

In fact in the Store Theme it also happens.
