It's mandated, but technically there are no repercussions for not providing it. You'll be better off not with Google searching, but just by going to the hospital sites. For example, here is the page that lists the different hospitals served by Dartmouth, and here is an example that has links to xlsx files. Are you looking at add dartmouth (and it's not already there, which is surprising?) I'd be happy to do this for you, or look over a PR.
And the closest thing to a central location are companies that provide (more human friendly, less machine friendly) tables to search prices. For example -> http://search.hospitalpriceindex.com/hospital/Barnes-Jewish-Hospital/5359. That particular site, hospitalpriceindex, seems to serve a bunch. But it's impossible to parse, even with a bot, because my ip was blocked.
Nothing comes up when I search for https://www.google.com/search?q=Dartmouth+Hitchcock+prices+CMS-1694-F&oq=Dartmouth+Hitchcock+prices+CMS-1694-F
Any advice? Or is there a central location where all hospitals have to register availability?
