Reformat documents before commit

Similar to #658 we can reformat all documents before commit. We could also have configured button (like ToDo item on the list in above issue) that would allow selecting Markdown format for the project

@igorwojda, the markdown format for project is already set in Editor > Code Style.

As for forcing reformat of all documents it is an option and I will add it to the pre-commit actions.
