Given I have a Kubernetes cluster with unique requirements
When I visit the Pinniped documentation site
Then I see an installation guide describing how to customize the Concierge with non-default options.

Notes

In #617, we're adding new spec fields to the CredentialIssuer API that let you customize how the Concierge behaves on a cluster. We should document these in a clear way on the Install Concierge docs page.

This guide should follow the best practices described in https://documentation.divio.com/how-to-guides/#how-to-write-good-how-to-guides.
