When a user first visits the Tanzu Community Edition GitHub repository, there's a lot of good information. However, I felt like the relationship to other projects could be made clearer.

For example, what's the relationship between Tanzu Community Edition and Kubernetes? (E.g., is Tanzu Community Edition a Kubernetes distribution?)

Cluster API is explicitly mentioned and linked, which is great. Are there other key dependencies that could be referenced in the same way? (E.g., Carvel, perhaps in the packaging section?)

Suggested Changes

I'm hesitant to suggest specific changes as I'm trying to put myself if the shoes of a new user, but I have an unfair amount of background/context. However, I suspect there are some small text changes that could make all of this a bit clearer.
