Feature Request

When using the simplified AWS management cluster create workflow we set a default VPC name/id for creating a new VPC. This default name should have a fixed prefix with an added suffix that is unique (IE a 6-8 digit random alphanumeric string)

An example of a generated default VPC name would be tanzu-vpc-92a3b1 or something of that flavor
