UI Plugin: View Configuration Details for MC creation

Feature Request

User should be able to click a button or link to view all configuration details prior to starting management cluster creation.

This view should include all settings that they have entered through the UI wizard along with any default settings so that the user is aware of these values prior to cluster creation.
