Demo for User Contributed Packages

Feature Request

It would be great to include the necessary files for a "Hello World" demo package for us to use as an instructional tool for folks to create and contribute their own packages. We want to make the adoption as smooth as possible and a demo package that could become a workshop seems ideal to that end.

@pnbrown what types of "Hello World" are you thinking?
We can easily create a samples package that packages up something like a Hello World application as a regular deployment and as a Knative service so we can validate some things. Is this what you were thinking?

I think that would be a great start, yeah. I was thinking we could have some sort of a framework folks could use to create their own add-ons to TCE.
