Auto populate defaults when there's only a single choice

During the UI for cluster setup there are times when the user has to select a value, even when there's only a single choice. For example I only have one vSphere cluster, I only have one applicable TKG template.

Suggested Changes

If there's only one possible choice, preselect it and save the user some time. This goes quite a way to streamlining setups and improving ease of use.
