Sizer CLI defaults must be reconciled with Sizer UI

Describe the bug

Currently the Sizer CLI uses different default settings than the UI - meaning users will see results inconsistent with the UI upon first use. While not strictly a "bug" this is disconcerting for users, and a reconciliation of default settings will provide a more reliable and consistent experience for users.

Expected behavior

sizer CLI should leverage the same default initial settings as the Sizer UI:

• provisioned vs. utilized storage (this has implications for which sheets to use in LiveOptics and RVTools)
• External storage or none
• management workloads or none
• cloud type
• host type
• add-on options
• etc
