Manage Domains / SSL Certificates

I would love to see an option in the main sidebar to manage domains.
Right now, we need to manually enter the domain/subdomain when creating new site, and then also add its certificate for the project.

I think with adding Manage Domains, we can also have the option to add there the needed certificates for the domain and subdomains/wildcard.
Then when creating new site, we get the option to select the domain and if we want to use it with subdomain.

Alternative solution:
Similar to how Nginx Proxy Manager has SSL Certificates, to be able to enter them for each domain we use, and then select it when we create new site.
