fix(coverage): exclude bench files from coverage

Description

By default, benchmark files (*.bench.ts and *.benchmark.ts) are included in the coverage report.

Those should be excluded from the coverage collection.

This PR adds the relevant filenames to defaultCoverageExcludes.
