Feature Request -- use file name to help find folders

The folder mapping by searching inside a file is awesome, but some stuff just doesn't have what I need in it i.e. not all receipts contain the word receipt.

With my personal setup, I can name the files from the scanner, and would love for it to scan the file and look for the folder mapping, but if it didn't find it, fall back to file name mapping.. and then if nothing there either, go to the default folder.

That's a good suggestion, I'll look into adding in this for the next release.

Done, please update to version 0.6.0. Just use option '-n' and it will fall back to looking for keyword matches in the filename before filing into the default folder.
