I've tried both the Xpdf and Poppler versions of pdfimages.exe and the identify command always fails:
Starting conversion of doc.pdf
'identify' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
WARNING: Could not execute identify to calculate DPI (try installing imagemagick?),
so defaulting to 300dpi
I'm on Win 7, 64-bit in case that matters. Haven't figured out how to get imagemagick working (yet).
