Reverse progressbar

I would like to see a form of reverse progressbar. I want to use it as a visual countdown on my page until the next auto data refresh.

The bar should be able to decrease from left to right.
I could use the existing progressbar but I can only decrease the bar from right to left which is not as intuitive.
