Here are some of the playbook that i use widely for CentOS based systems

1. Firewall Cleanup - will flush out all the firewall rules (backup will be taken before it's implemented ) - helpful for quick development
2. Apache Http - Sets up a Apache HTTP server and does a health check on /health endpoint
3. Apache Tomcat - Installs Apache Tomcat binary
4. MYSQL - will install mysql and setup root credentials
5. java setup - Install java and sets up the necessary parameters
