What do you want to do with Hls.js?

My resource will be expired after 60 minutes.
Can I refresh resource after 55 minutes?
My resource's is M3U8 file.

What have you tried so far?

Maybe you could use HLS Content Steering?

It's unclear what you mean by expiring or why you would need to refresh it.
