Additional information:
1) Youn can find the COP time series in "COP_Tests" folder, for each class: Healthy (HG), Diabetic (DG) and Neuropathic (DNG) participants.
2) Inside the folders, files are grouped in participants folders.
3) DAGA_2024.ipynb is a Google Colab file, then you can import it to check the code.
4) DAGA_2024.py is the Python code, you can check it.
5) Dataset_Full_Attr.csv is a dataset with feature extracted from time series. This is used to get median value (Path and F80).
6) Some csv files inside "Files" folder are used only for graphing data.
