Usage with Nuxt Custom Routing (app/router.options.ts file)

First of all, thanks for this package. This is really useful when working with a large application !

As far as I can see, this only works when working with the /pages directory routing. On our side, we mostly use the Custom Routing feature by defining our routes in a app/router.options.ts file.

Is that something you consider supporting at some point ?
