Minor release. The knowledge_process_chunk chunk-splitting family: internal splitting for oversized input plus chunk_id resubmission idempotency. New behaviour and a new chunk_id contract, including deletion on resubmit — hence minor, not patch. Gated on the follow-ups filed against PR #286.
