Simply resolves #903, by introducing more/new subsidy intervals.

Conflicts:
	src/test/setup_common.cpp
- less value drop at start
- shorter lifecycles for one halving (~1/2 year)
- faster determination
- starts with block 370000 and halfs every 500k blocks
