Update NextJS 14 dependencies to solve latest vulnerabilities on @babel/runtime package

Hi team, I see that @babel/runtime package has been updated because of its latest vulnerability. I found this issue #79331 and the PR #78673...

Is it possible to have an update of this dependency also on NextJS 14 (it as been asked also here)

If I can help in any way (creating a PR - on which destination branch for nextjs14?) please let me know

Work seems to be done only for version 15. Could you help us out here? I believe lots of people might be in the same situation. Support for version 14 is really important for those using fluent ui 8 as the version 15 of next requires higher version of react, which is not possible for now with fluent ui v8.

We are highly interested in this update as well. Our security team is not allowing production releases with this vulnerability. A babel version that fixed this issue was released in March. It looks like Next v15 has been updated to include the fixed version, but there is no official release yet. Is there a roadmap or release schedule for Next? I did not find one.
