How do I report a bug for something that doesn't even need a project to be created?

Summary

It works fine using CMD but not with Bash, it throws the error "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).", in the terminal it throws the error below:

I found this related Stackoverflow post about it, though it doesn't solve the problem.

I want to report it as a bug because I believe it has something to do with Nextjs, since to make sure I tried with vite the same and it worked normally.

delete node_module as well as pnpm-local.yml

and re-install everything should fix it

It doesn't work either. And did you mean pnpm-lock.yml? I don't even use pnpm.
