This PoC implements the generation of AWS web console sign-in URLs as described in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_roles_providers_enable-console-custom-url.html
Note: maybe this should not be integrated in aws-adfs but rather make it in another independent tool.
