Make sure the data loading especially the file_io is replaced with a local version under the repo so that it covers all streams of data in a fast and consistent format. Currently, the data formats are heavily based on pupil labs format and partially on the file_io repo. This milestone is defined to bring consistency and efficiency across the repo.
