Load data from Level2.json file

Currently data is stored in the Swift code. That (club membership) data is a duplicate of what’s in a club’s level2.json file. It is obviously better to reuse the existing level2JSON.swift loader and CoreData datamodel as used in vdhamer/Photo-Club-Hub.
