Removal unavailable simulators and SwiftPM cache

In addition to your excellent app, I also use the following scripts:

xcrun simctl delete unavailable

and

rm -rf ~/path/to/project/.build
rm -rf ~/path/to/project/.swiftpm
rm -rf ~/.swiftpm
rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/org.swift.swiftpm`

Most likely, there are other non-obvious paths in which caches can be cleared.

It would be beneficial and convenient, in my opinion, if you could consider incorporating such a feature into your application.
