Van Element v0.2.4

[Atmos4]

vanjs-element@0.2.4 is out! 🎉.
This version adds a children property which can be used even when Shadow DOM is disabled and will mimic the default slot. This allows for very smooth usage of Van Elements without Shadow DOM (which TBH is the main pain point of Web Components 😅).

There is still some work before 1.0. To do:

• write a bunch of unit tests (this is the main task actually)
• improve docs
• add other non-shadow-dom polyfills?
