Suggestion: Make the snow glitch more weighted to the middle

If you take a VHS tape and set the tracking off, you would find that the Snow glitch appears to be more in the middle. It also has more shaking where the snow is. Right now, the snow is randomly placed everywhere. However if it is more weighted to the middle, it would help the realism. This could be a separate option too, like tracking loss or some sort of value in the tracking noise.
