Multiple @Tag with the same value result in a V24 application that does not start

Description of the bug

When I have a number of components in my application that have the same @tag or when I have an Add-On that uses the same @tag as another component, then I start the application and get the blue loading bar infinitely.

Expected behavior

When compiling, I should be told that this is illegal code.

Minimal reproducible example

I cannot reproduce the problem at the moment, at least not with a small example.
Close as invalid if you wish.
