Unable to replace drives with the same filename during a single edit

Describe the issue
Removing a drive and adding another with the same filename and then saving, will fail with the error message "Drive 'xxxx.qcow2' already exists and cannot be created."
Workaround:
Save Twice: Remove the drive and Save, then add a new file with the same filename and Save.
