Hi all,

I have attached the French localization update for UTM 4.0.6 (RC).
We have 2 new strings, a few fixes and again a bit of cleanup.
Some strings might not exist anymore, but I can't check, so I have left them just in case.

It would be great if we could have a menu to send keys like Ctrl+Alt+Del for NT4, I haven't been able to send it natively with my French keyboard (it used to work on the firsts UTM v3 versions)...
